Traffic Jam...
this is so familiar to everyone in Klang Valley.
i was wonder why everyday so terrible traffic, can anyone told me?
or else everybody nowadays rich enough? or cars cheap enough?
or our Malaysia public transport not convenient enough?
Morning jam, Evening jam...
normal roads jam, highways jam...
KESAS jam, NKVE jam, LDP jam... terrible
Today even worst, i take three hours to reach home safe after work instead of 1.5 hours for normal days,
Raining days, for sure will jam, plus those accidents, trees fall, etc...
Traffic jam, time wasted, normally what will you do in that small little space?
eating? listen radio, cd, & singing along? do some readings? sms? make calls, chatting? playing games? thinking?

9-6 working life
most of the people is having a 9-6 working life,
same for me...
previously i use to work as sales,
flexi time, uncertain but good income, more sociable, always have my own time, own stuff to settle...
when ones getting older, they look for those secure lifestyle, certain income, but boring lifestyle, control by time, these makes me uncomfortable... so unbalance
but sometimes, people need to settle down, be more mature, feel good to be alone, alone makes me thinks a lot, makes me reads a lot, makes me mature... so good
how to make 9-5 working lifetime more interesting? more challenging? more positive? more happier? :)

静心5分钟,倾听内在的声音。
读了一篇很有意是很有帮助我们的管理情绪的文章。。
静心5分钟,倾听内在的声音,
让真实的想法穿透心尘,浮现出来。
情绪出现通常会有两个声音跑出来,分别来自大脑与内心。
不要老是听脑子跑出的杂音,那是自我在作祟,
才会经常冒出:“他怎么可以这样对我”, “他怎么可以这样伤害我”着类惯用语。
有自我是好的,但要注意别让情绪随着自我上下起伏。
偏偏,自我喜欢赢,像辨过对方,结果内心反而难平静。
在静心中回到自己的最内在,透过精心觉察情绪,在宁静中倾听内在的声音,
把脑中的“理性”拔除,让内心深处的觉受浮出来,自然知道自己真正要什么。从而欢喜自在。
静心做法:
1. 找个安静角落。未必盘腿坐地,舒服坐在椅子上即可。
2. 轻闭眼睛。缓慢深吸一口气,然后放松,把气吐光,再重复吸气。
3. 想象从头, 颈, 肩膀, 手, 腰, 臀, 大腿, 小腿一直到脚趾头,一寸寸渐次放松。
4. 为了集中心念,可采取数息法,从1数到10,再回头数到1,重复几次,一不小心数超过10,表示心已飞掉 了,赶紧拉回来。或者张开眼睛盯着烛光,或观想自己在一团光里面,透过“眼观鼻, 鼻观心, 心观呼吸”,让心沉下来。
